FOUNDATIONS

0–6 months in
8 weeks · 1–3 sessions per week

For total beginners and people returning after a long break.

Foundations is built around the first eight weeks of training. The eight weeks where everything is up for grabs — your relationship with the room, your idea of what fitness means, your willingness to come back next Monday. The program does one thing very seriously: it teaches you a vocabulary for your own body.

We start with an assessment that's a conversation, not a test. I take notes by hand on what your hips, shoulders, ankles, and spine are actually telling me. Then every session for eight weeks I write a program the night before based on what the previous one told me. Sessions are 1-on-1, in person, in New York. By week eight you will have a personal library of cues — your own north stars — for every basic pattern: push, pull, hinge, squat, carry. You'll be able to walk into any gym and know what to do.

What you walk out with: a confident relationship with every basic movement pattern. A short handful of core exercises that work for your body. Permission to skip the rest of the internet's noise.

RESILIENCE

Mobility-first
12–16 weeks · 1–2 sessions per week

Built around clients with hypermobility, chronic pain, recent injury, or limited range.

Resilience exists because the standard fitness industry has very little to say to people with bodies that don't behave like the textbook. If you have hypermobility, joint pain, an old injury that never fully resolved, or limits in your range — Resilience is for you.

Every exercise in this program has fifteen variations. If a hinge isn't right today, I have fourteen other doors in. If a press makes your shoulder talk back, we work the joint position before the load. You'll never be handed a movement that isn't right for your body in the room we're standing in.

I coordinate, where you'd like me to, with your physiotherapist or doctor. I read imaging notes. I work in long arcs — twelve to sixteen weeks — because the goal is building a body you can keep using for thirty more years, not winning a transformation contest in eight. What you walk out with: less daily pain, a clearer sense of what your body wants, and the confidence to keep training even when something flares.

LONGEVITY TUNE-UP

For the long game
10–12 weeks · 1–2 sessions per week

Strength, mobility, and conditioning for clients in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond.

Longevity Tune-Up is the program for clients who want to keep doing what they love — for decades. You don't have to be returning from anything. You don't have to be injured. You just have to want a body that still works the way you want it to in your 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond.

Training in this program leans heavily into the patterns that real adult life demands: carrying groceries up four flights, getting down to the floor and back up, lifting a grandchild, hiking on uneven ground, sleeping without waking up tight. Strength, mobility, conditioning, and balance, programmed together — not as separate boxes to check.

We meet 1–2 times a week. Every program is written by hand the night before. Between sessions, you get short mobility flows to do at home that take less than ten minutes. What you walk out with: a body that does what you ask it to, energy you can spend on the rest of your life, and a training practice you'll actually keep doing.

Not sure which one is for you?
